Added raw CD audio support, it needs to be true CDDA format PCM to work (44.1Khz pcm_s16le with two audio channels)
A music player that plays music from remote URLs defined in playlists. It can play both DFPWM and CD format raw PCM (16-bit little endian PCM at 44100khz with 2 channels)
Example playlist is stored at playlist-example.cfg. It is easiest to edit it with an external text editor or CloudCatcher
