KubeUI Designer (XCC) by Shlomo

I added designer for @kristershub's KubeUI Framework to the UI Designer tool in XCC. It took me more time than the others because there's this whole double-the-resolution thingy, but I think it's fine now. Also, I did use GitHub Copilot to calculate the exact relative size, so uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah don't blame me.

Notes:

• This is a beta feature. Please report any bugs or issues
• You can set whether you want to use KubeUI's font or the regular CC font. The design canvas and the code will update.
